Long-time Raider fan excited to be a part of Raider talk. Unfortunately, "Big Al" may be about to make another mistake by getting rid of Lane Kiffin. This is rdiculous because there is nothing worse for a team, especially one so young, than to have the continuity of the coaching staff disrupted. Al's day passed a long time ago, but it is his team, which I'm sure he lets everyone know, so he does what he wants. Let's face it Raider nation, nothing is likely to change until Al is six feet under because he will never leave the organization alone voluntarily.
